The second project is my bathroom. I previously knew every time there was a change in temperature because my curtains that were hung on tension rods would fall into my bathtub...usually in the middle of the night. I used a beige/black fabric that looked a little bit vintage to go with the theme of my bathroom. I also used a decorative embroidery stitch to add a little bit of an extra touch; it is horizontal on the small curtain and vertical on the larger curtain. I would prefer not having window coverings, but people taller than me use my bathroom. I learned that using the embroidery stitch uses a lot of thread.

Here are some of my latest completed projects. The first is Lachlan's baby blanket. His mommy is decorating his room in Winnie the Pooh; the walls are painted light green matching the blanket perfectly. I used a simple "basket" pattern since it is for a little boy. I like this pattern because it's difficult to mess up.
